Fabrication, Repair, and Design

I am excellent at repair, fabrication and design. I have extensive experience repairing various things, ranging from everyday to industrial. With experience in pressure vessels, high and low pressure piping, construction, and fabrication nothing is out of reach or impossible.

My work is floating around southeast Nebraska and the surrounding areas.

When it comes to design, I am sharp. I often see potential issues before the drawing is complete. You can bank on my intelligence and forethought to see your project to successful completion. I have been a student of design theory since I started working industrially. I would never pretend to be an engineer! When a life will be staked on it, I will consult a professional. I offer simple, robust solutions to meet almost any need.

If there is a warning to all this. I am me, and I am the shop. If you’d prefer to work with a large company then I am definitely not for you. If you’d prefer something more personal, maybe real. I am your person. I am wildly efficient for one person, and I can offer no excuses. I hide behind nothing but my talent. It is me from beginning to end, and hopefully that means something.

I am easy to talk to. (at least I think I am) I pick up on societal ques and won’t overstay my welcome. I won’t speak offensively around you or your children. I am ultra respectful of the spaces I am in and will treat them as if they are not mine. Sometimes large projects I must rely on partners in different trades. Concrete, masonry, excavation, and steel erection are some examples. I will do my absolute best to rely on similar minded partners.

It’s broken and you want it fixed. Boom, movie magic and two pieces into one. Simple repairs I offer very fast turnaround. I can cure what ails you, no problem. I’ve got solutions to most problems you’ll typically have.

Google ran dry and you still don’t know? I can offer solutions based on experience. I don’t claim to know everything, but I know a lot. In a lot of cases there are more than one factor to consider. I’ll simply let you know what I would do in your situation.

Design

Design. Stylish, functional, built to last, built for speed or built like a tank. Let me hear what you want, where it goes, and what it is supposed to do. We’ll go from there. Every environment is different. With each its own set of circumstances.

Prototyping & Mockups

If you need something built quickly or modeled efficiently I can help. I can make models with proper topology for 3D printing. I can help bring these models to life in steel!

I can’t say it enough. The major upside of a large shop is scale of production. They can make a lot of similar stuff very quickly. It is a rare duck that can make something unique very quickly. While your paperwork is lost on a desk at a large shop I am cutting parts readying for production.
